Dear all participants,

Thank you for your contributions to our Nov.1 Busan conference.
The attachment is the schedule of the conference.
Please, check it out again, and email me immediately any incorrect your names and affiliations, then we'll correct it before be finalizing it.

I'd like to ask your favor for the  efficient conference preparation.

1) Participants from outside of Korea:  Please let us know your itinerary (your flights' arrival and departure time) one more time.
2) Welcome lunch on Saturday, Nov. 1: We'll prepare a welcome lunch for all  participants. Please let us know if you can't join the lunch.
3) Mayor's Dinner at Chowon Bokguk  (7pm, Sat.)Restaurant: Please let us know if you can't join us.
4) Short bio: Let us have your short bios introducing  you if you didn't yet.
5) Besides, feel free to let us know if you have any question and request.
